Sociologist, researcher, and teacher at the University of Poitiers.
Since 2018, he has been a research engineer at the “Centre de Ressources, d’Ingénierie et d’Initiatives Pédagogiques” (CRIIP) at the University of Poitiers, and works on the improvement of university teaching methods, and student learning methods.
Regarding the development of the MOTIVE platform, he oversaw the design work of the prototype and supervised the writing, integration, and implementation of the chapters and modules.
After completing his Master’s degree in “Training Practices and Engineering” (PIF – FACO) in Poitiers, he was a pedagogical advisor within the CRIIP until August 2020.
In charge of completing the CRIIP’s training offer for the University of Poitiers, he worked mainly on the improvement of students’ learning methods, via the MOTIVE project, contributing to their success.
His interest in student well-being issues and their integration led him to produce a number of self-training modules along these lines. He also contributed to the implementation of documentary research modules, both inside and outside MOTIVE.
Active in club activities, giving value to cross-curricular and extra-university skills is at the heart of his concerns.
Educational advisor at the “Centre de Ressources d’Ingénierie et d’Initiatives Pédagogiques” (CRIIP) and advisor at the Human Sciences and Arts centre (SHA).
With a background in art history (University of Poitiers and École du Louvre), he has a wide range of experience in cultural mediation, but also secondary and higher education.
He accompanies teacher-researchers wishing to experiment with new teaching practices and participates in the development and animation of training content and methodology for university work.
As a digital education engineer in the I-media department, she has been involved in putting MOTIVE online and integrating the various contents on the online course platform, UPdago.
Outside of MOTIVE, her role is to support teachers in hybridising their teaching.

Engineer for digital teaching within the I-medias “TICE” service, at the University of Poitiers. She participated in the launch of MOTIVE, and in particular, the integration of badges.
She mainly works on missions related to the competence-based approach, Open badges and portfolios.
As a digital education engineer at the “Maison des Langues” and the “Centre de Ressources d’Ingénierie et d’Initiatives Pédagogiques”, she assists teachers in the design of online courses, particularly in the context of the New dematerialised language Training Offer.
She holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication in Media Engineering for Education, and also has skills in web design. Her main role within the MOTIVE project was to build this website.
